bagel-data software package provides Computational Chemistry Package (data files), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bagel-data
bagel-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bagel-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bagel-data *
You will get with bagel-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
